Contract conclusion
The representation of the products in the on-line Shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a noncommittal on-line catalog.
After input of your personal data and by clicking the Button "order" in the finishing step of the order process you deliver an obliging order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately after mailing the order.
The sales contract comes off with our distribution confirmation or supply of the goods.
If you should not receive distribution confirmation or supply within 2 weeks from us, you are bound no longer to your order.

Information about delivery times
We supply with DHL euro express. You can see the prospective delivery time in the product description.
If no data are given there, the supply takes place with order acceptance within 30 days.
Delivery times depend on the product and are indicated by symbols and explanations next to every product.
You will be automatically informed by email of any delays that may occur following placement of your order prior to delivery you have the right to cancel or change your order free of charge at any time.
PaderBit shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract if its performance is impossible due to reasons not attributable to PaderBit. Claims for damages cannot be derived from this case.
Cancellation and withdrawal information
The rights below apply to private consumers, i.e. to all natural persons making a legal transaction for a purpose that can be allocated neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs, merchants, businesses and public institutions are subject to the regulations of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Right of withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract at any time prior to the delivery of the goods ordered.
You are not obliged to give a reason for your withdrawal.
To cancel an order it is enough to send an email to info@os-mediatrade.de, stating your name and the order number.
In case you have paid already (e.g. for prepaid deliveries), you will be refunded the amount paid.
14 days right to cancel
You can cancel a contract representation within 14 days; you are not obliged to give a reason for cancellation but the cancellation must be made in writing (e.g. by letter, email or fax) or by sending back the contract matter concerned.
The term starts when you receive the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send off the cancellation or return the goods in due time. Address your cancellation notice to:

If a cancellation is legally effective, the parties are obliged to restore what has been received in performance of the contract (refunding details) and to return any uses thereof.
Goods fit for package transport are to be sent back. We will pay normal postal transfer rates or have the goods picked up free of charge for you. Products not fit for dispatch are always picked up.
Refunds / credit account
Refunds for payments made by credit card are credited to the appropriate account. With this method of payment, other ways of repayment are not supported for reasons of accounting technicalities.
With all other methods of payments, refunds are normally paid by bank transfer.
Guarantee
The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations. Please take Information about possible additional manufacturer warranties from the product documentation.
