Voucher

Buying vouchers.
Vouchers can be bought if they are offered in the Shop as normal items.
As soon as you bought a voucher and after successful payment, the amount appears under your market basket.

How to send vouchers.
In order to send a voucher, please click on the link "send voucher" in your shopping basket.
In order to send a voucher, we need following information of you: first- and last name of the receiver. A valid email address of the receiver.
The desired amount (You can send also partial amounts of your credit balance).
A short information at the receiver.
Please check your information once again before sending. You have the possibility to patch your information at any time before sending.

Shopping with Vouchers.
As soon as you have a credit balance, you can employ this to the paying of your order.
During the ordering procedure you have the possibility to cash your credit balance.
If the credit balance is under the goods value you must choose your favoured method of payment for the difference amount.
If your credit balance exceeds the goods value, of course the remaining credit balance is available to you for your next order.

Booking vouchers.
If you have received a voucher by E-Mail, you can book the amount as follows:.
1st you click on the link indicated in the email. If you do not have a personal customer account yet, you have the possibility to open an account.
2nd After you placed a product into the shopping basket, you can enter your voucher code there.
