Can I use different shipping addresses?
After registering, your personal address book can hold up to five different addresses for you to use. You can pick one of them as shipping address and/or billing address upon checkout.
I'm looking for a certain product - can you get a hold of it for me?
We basically only offer the products listed in our shop. However, do not hesitate to ask us about a certain product anyway - one of our suppliers might be able to deliver.
I forgot to order something with my last order, what can I do?
Please contact us via e-mail. To avoid having to pay for shipping twice, please contact us in a timely fashion. It should be no problem adding the products to your original order then.
I didn't get a e-mail confirmation of my order - what to do now?
After completing your order, please allow about two hours for the e-mail to arrive before contacting us via e-mail or using the provided contact form on this site.
When will you ship my order?Usually we have all listed products on stock. Should we be out of a certain product, we will try to get it as soon as possible. Usually shipping takes one to seven days, depending on payment method and stock. Should we not be able to deliver within days, we'll keep you informed.
How can I pay?
The payment methods we're offering at present is paying in advance via bank transfer, paying via Paypal, Creditcard (Paypal).
How do I pay in advance?
After having completed your order, your confirtmation email will provide you with all necessary information for about your order. Please transfer the total sum to the listed bank account and include your order number and your full name. As soon as our account has been credited, your order will be shipped to your address.
Does shipping include shipping insurance?
Every package is insured up to 500 EURO. If damage in transit or missing units occur, please notify us of this within 24 hours via email.
What do I need to know about your listed prices?
All listed prices in our catalog include the Value Added Tax - (German MwSt), are without obligation and may be subject to change at any time.
How do I know you received my order?
After placing an order, your browser will be redirected to a confirmation page within our shop. At the same time, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
